The monthly rental charge is from 7.50 to 10.00 EUR per square meter. The additional charges (heating, electricity, etc.) are approximately 3.50 EUR per square meter. Short-term lease with a cancelation period of four weeks (approximately for one year) as well as longterm lease with a cancelation period of six month are taken for granted.
The requirement to run a company at CHIC is the submission of a workable business plan.
