This site in the southeast of Berlin is marked by a long-standing background of cooperation between research and economy. It is the place where German motor flight was born and was home of the former GDR research scentre Acadamy of Sciences.
Today Berlin-Adlershof, City of Science, Technology and Media, is one of the biggest research and technology parks in Europe where companies, institutes of scientific research and Humboldt University execute joint venture projects.
