The monthly rental charge is from 8.00 to 10.00 EUR per square meters, including caretaking. The additional charges (heating, electricity, etc.) are approximately 0.70 Euro per square meter and have to be paid in advance.
The requirement to run a company at BIG or TIB is the submission of a workable business plan.
